There is some stable share of rental property for sale in the real estate market constantly and the less people are buying homes, the more rental property will be in demand. On the other hand, rental property for sale by owner listings may be considered like a marketing move, because rental property and, for instance, residential property may have no distinction at all and both kinds are well suited for living. Thus, any kind of property may be called according to the present marketing needs and for this reason only it seems reasonable to generalize from facts of a particular real estate property market.
